In the project in Istanbul/Bebek, it is planned to renovate the existing structure and serve as an Italian restaurant. Floor tiles and furniture were chosen in line with the brand identity and a pleasant place was arranged.

A House at Kurtulus

Area; It is a 170 sqm terrace floor in the city of ÅžiÅŸli/Istanbul. It is aimed to turn this area used for house into a living and hobby area for people rather than house. With the renovation works to be carried out above the current situation, we aimed to eliminate the problems of humidity, humidity, hot and cold, and with the interior renovation processes, we aimed to convert this area into a more livable and warm environment in line with the conditions allowed. Due to the insufficiency of the existing closed area, we aimed to convert a part of the semi-open part into an area where they would spend their time. Thus, we planned to keep all these experiences to the host by maintaining the balance of closed-half-open-open. While realizing the project, we realized our ideas and suggestions without ignoring the requests and dreams of the hosts. The quality of light from the semi-open area in front of the insufficient natural light of the indoor area would make the indoor area more livable. We created a warm and intimate living space with the soft effect of the landscape elements in places and the warming and integrative effect of the fire element in places. We aimed to increase the enjoyment of the sea view, albeit far from the active parts of the building with daylight and warm elements. In this context, the idea of internal-external influence, hot-cold limitation, closed-to-open space flow and connections were the trends that conditioned the fiction of this structure.
